An adaptation of a desk in the Currier Art Gallery book, this piece expresses the unique Dunlap style. The interior of moulded decks, valenced pigeonholes, and fan carved drawers is protected by a single board lid. The houndstooth base moulding and bold ogee feet are balanced by a center drop having a carved pinwheel.
