Pencil Post Beds, with a testor frame were fitted with wool hangings in the winter to retain heat and lighter hangings in summer. Our bed may be "dressed" in this manner, but it looks equally striking, due to it’s long sculptural lines "undressed". The bed is crafted of solid hardwood, and the headboard is available in a variety of styles. The rails have a molded edge and the bed slats fit into a supplemental support system on the side rails.
